Incorporation of RAVELTIK and SINGING ROCK as the LANEX company division. 17.5.2012
The Czech joint-stock company LANEX a.s. made an acquisition of RAVELTIK company and LANEX is the owner of RAVELTIK now.
Within the context of this change RAVELTIK started close co-operation with SINGING ROCK as the LANEX division.
Taking advantage of synergy in production, development and trade are the strategy intention of this incorporation.
The SINGING ROCK sales department took over the sales of the the RAVELTIK goods.
